In case you would like to return our products, here is our policy on returns.

1. Currently, NO products on ShKo – The Fashion Co. (‘ShKo‘) are eligible for returns. We take utmost care and follow meticulous processes in crafting each of the pieces at our end, hence all the items are “Final Sale.” We advise you to choose the size and pattern correctly. To help you make the piece a perfect fit, we provide sufficient margins in the stitching. Products under the section ‘Last of the Lot’ and other promotional offers are strictly not eligible for returns. Any customized product is also not eligible for return.


2. Also, as our Disclaimer mentions, there may be slight variations in the colours of fabrics, dyes, prints, embroideries and weaving of the actual product and image you see on your monitor. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, colour settings and capabilities of computer monitors.


3. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should take an opening / unwrapping video of the damaged product without any cuts or editing, clearly showing the damages and issues. Without the video, the return request in such cases will not be entertained. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order. 


4. For authorization of return of your product in the case above, please mail to us at info@shko.in mentioning the following,

a) Order Number
b) Your Name
c) Email id
d) Product being returned
e) Reason for Return
f) The video of the damages


5. Our customer Care team must receive and approve your return request.

6. Return request placed over WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or call will not be accepted.


7. Upon authorization of your return request, please follow the steps below:

a) Neatly pack the item you intend to return along with original packing material.
b) In case of availability of Return Pickup Facility at your location, our courier guy will come to collect the product at a stipulated time.
c) In case Return Pickup Facility is not available at your location, please send the product through a reputed courier to below address:

8. Upon completion of above steps and after we receive our product back, it will be checked by ShKo team. We will then offer you an exchange or refund. In case, the item is out of stock and cannot be exchanged, we will offer you the refund. You could choose to get refund in the form of store credit or refund through original mode of payment.


9. If you opt for store credit, any product can be purchased from our website in exchange using the store credit worth the amount of your previous order.


10. Refund of amount of Prepaid orders would take around 4 to 10 days to reflect back in your account once initiated by us.


11. All returns are subject to the discretion of ShKo.
 
Cancellation

Any purchase can be cancelled prior to the initiation of the shipment process. Once the shipment process is started, the product in concern will not be eligible for cancellation. Kindly call / mail us to cancel your order.
