SHIPPING CHARGES
Though, many of the products on ShKo – The Fashion Co. (‘ShKo’) come under ‘Free Shipping’, there can be shipping charges applicable for some products / orders. Shipping charges of such products / orders on ShKo’s website will be mentioned at the time of check out. The said shipping charges are volumetric in nature and differ from product to product.
GST
The GST will be borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of checkout and payment. ShKo.in does not include GST on our prices displayed on the products page. This tax will be chargeable over & above the product/order price.
COURIER CHARGES
Courier handling charges are borne by ShKo for the orders priced above INR1500. For the orders priced below INR1500, courier charges will be applicable and added to the final price at the time of checkout.
SHIPMENT TIME
Shipping days will be as specified on product page.
NOTE:
These days are merely indicative, and your order could be shipped prior to or later than the mentioned date depending on the availability, customization and other factors attached to your order. The order dispatch time and shipping time varies from product to product.
TRANSIT RISK
All orders dispatched by shko.in are fully insured at no extra cost to the customers.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once the order has been handed to the courier agency, shko.in will email you the tracking code, you can track the product on the website and monitor and check the status of your order.
NOTE:
The tracking code may take up to 24 business hours to be activated on the tracking website.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
shko.in does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code.
shko.in will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In such cases, the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges.
HOW DO WE SHIP
We ship products to you directly from Pune, as fast as we can. All of our products pass through our quality assurance check before being packed and shipped to you. Please make sure to check the “Shipping Time/Delivery Time” on the product screen to see the item’s estimated arrival.
DELAY IN DELIVERY
If there is a delay in delivery caused due to any natural calamity, public holiday, or any other unforeseen circumstances, ShKo shall not refund, return, replace or exchange any order.
In case the delay in shipping is caused due to unavailability of stock, ShKo shall inform you by email and you will be able to choose an alternate product, opt for store credit or receive a refund for that product.
NOTE
All products shall be shipped from and within India.
Billing Address refers to the address where a customer receives credit card bills.
Shipping address refers to the address where the order has to be delivered.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
Currently, ShKo does not have a ‘Cash on Delivery (COD) option for the payment. All orders shall be fully prepaid orders.
International Shipping
Currently, ShKo does not have International Shipping facility.
